Enterprise Portfolio Intelligence with Gold-Standard Security

We built a custom geospatial intelligence platform integrated directly with The Connor Group's Microsoft 365 environment. The architecture achieves gold-standard data security: we host and deploy the application while never possessing client data. Our app registers with Microsoft 365 and authenticates via single sign-on—all Connor Group users access the platform through their standard 365 permissions, with administrators maintaining complete control over user access.

The platform loads and visualizes data from Connor Group's SharePoint datastores, which are live-updated and modifiable in real time. We collaborated with their team to create schemas storing complete property information including all required data fields and specialized GIS data types. Field sales teams, analysts, and headquarters users work collaboratively, modifying property notes from any mobile device in real time.

To support acquisition analysis, we researched and procured custom demographic layers and helped build a classification system for choropleth mapping that indexes lead quality down to the school district level using a letter-grade system. Combined with elevation data and high-resolution satellite imagery, the platform enables The Connor Group to identify promising locations nationwide. The interface includes bespoke filtering by attributes, multiple layer controls with impeccable UX, custom branding, and multiple map styles. Users can analyze potential portfolio additions and deliver custom-curated decks and animations of filtered property lists for consideration.
